Casa Cumbre is a two bedroom detached villa, with its own pool and spectacular views over Lake Vinuela. There are two good sized bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a full-size bath, sink and separate shower cubicle.
The kitchen is fully fitted. There is a large lounge/diner with a wood burning stove and seating for 4 people. There are air-conditioning units in both the lounge and the double bedroom. The villa has views towards Lake Vinuela with a backdrop of the Sierra Tejada mountains.
There is a choice of three terraces: rear, front & pool. All are tiled and complete with ample seating areas. There is a chimera BBQ on the top terrace, ideal for al freso dining.
The villa and pool are set within landscaped gardens with palms, aloe cactus, almond and lemon trees. The property is fenced and gated with a gravel driveway, large enough for 3 cars.
The secluded 6m x 4m swimming pool is set a few steps away from the villa. The pool area is gated and lighting has recently been installed for night-time use.
