Las Colinas is a two bedroom semi-detached villa, with its own pool and spectacular views over Lake Vinuela. There are two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a full-size bath, sink and separate shower cubicle.

The kitchen which has been recently updated is fully fitted. There is a large lounge/diner with a wood burning stove and dining for 4 persons. The villa has superb views over Lake Vinuela with a backdrop of the Sierra Tejada mountains. There is an outside covered terrace with BBQ area, tiled patio and a delighful 10m x 6m swimming pool.

This villa is owned by our representatives and is available to rent all year round. They live next door and are available to offer assistance.
